Dear Rickie… Suggest a jacket for a Mother-of-the-Bride?

Dear Rickie,
I just bought a Teri Jon dress for my daughter’s wedding. This is the second Teri Jon gown I’ve bought for a wedding! I did not specifically look to purchase a Teri Jon dress when I first started out, but after trying on many dresses, the only one that I liked turned out to be Teri Jon.

Coincidentally, I wore a Teri Jon gown in August 2008 for my first daughter’s wedding. Thank you for designing dresses that a mother of the bride can wear without looking dowdy. I still get compliments for the first gown that I wore! I highly recommend Teri Jon dresses for any mother-of-the-bride to be. The dresses are of high quality, beautifully designed, and are reasonably priced. My next search is a small jacket to wear with the gown. I’d love some suggestions!

Dear Rickie… How To Accessorize for My Son’s Wedding?

Dear Rickie,

I’m so excited to tell you that I’ve decided to wear Teri Jon’s Three Quarter Sleeve Taffeta and Chiffon Gown for my son’s special day, which is fast approaching! My question, however, is how do I make this gown look as fabulous as possible? I’d love some suggestions as to which accessories would work well with this gown.

Dear Barbara,

I am so pleased you will be wearing the Three Quarter Sleeve Taffeta and Chiffon Gown to your son’s wedding. I suggest wearing something that has texture and shines. The contrast against the navy will make the whole look pop. I would probably do drop earrings such as these:

Mother-of-the-bride, Hillary Clinton gets a nod of approval from Teri Jon: What dress will you choose??
