WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?     

The shipping method you selected determines the amount of time it will take for you to receive your order. The options for shipping are: UPS 2nd Day Air, Ground Shipping, UPS 3rd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and International Shipping.

Please Note: If the order is placed after 3PM, it will go out on the following business day. For example, if an order is placed at 4:30 PM on Friday, it will not go out until Monday.


 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number into UPS or simply use the Teri Jon website.


 
WHAT IS THE TERIJON.COM RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to our warehouse within ten (10) days from the time you received your purchase for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to worry about returns or exchanges.

So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process by following the simple steps listed below:
1) Go to www.terijon.com
2) Go to the member login page
3) Enter the email and password you created when you placed your order
4) Click on Return Merchandise & Check Return Status.
5) Or Click on Order History. Click the View button that corresponds with the order you would like to return & Check Return Status.
6) Fill Out Reason For Return Form and click Submit
7) RETURN AUTHORIZATION number with Barcode will be displayed
8) Print the page and include it on the outside of your box

All return packages received without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number will not be processed for a refund. In addition, all original tags must be attached to the garments in order for items to be returned. With Teri Jon’s return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition with the original tags attached, fill out our REASON FOR RETURN form and include your RETURN AUTHORIZATION form in the box.
Return/Exchange Checklist:
  • Within 10 Days of receiving my purchase.
  • I have my RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.
  • I have included my RETURN AUTHORIZATION number in/on the package.
  • All original tags are intact and attached to my garments.
 
HELP! MY ORDER SAYS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS WHEN I KNOW MY ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. WHAT DO I DO?

Although this may be what your order says, you need not worry. ALL terijon.com orders are eligible for returns within 10 days from the time you received your purchase for a full refund. Try the member login page and enter your e-mail address and the password created when the order was placed. If the problem persists, try logging in as a guest. If you are still seeing ineligibility for returns, please contact us at: 212.398.0480 MON-FRI 9AM-5:30 EST or EMAIL us at: shop@terijon.com for any additional concerns regarding your return.

 
WHAT IS THE TERIJON.COM SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping Rates:

Within the United States:

  • Ground UPS: $10
  • 3rd Days Select $15
  • 2nd day air: $20
  • Next day air: $40
  • Outside the United States: $55 dollars


Important Shipping Information: All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Teri Jon online can only deliver to physical addresses and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. All online orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12pm noon Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day. For deliveries to U.S. addresses, please allow up to ten (10) business days for Standard delivery, and three (3) business days for Express delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates for [non-U.S. addresses] will be calculated prior to completion of the purchase online.


 
DOES TERIJON.COM OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY?

We do offer Saturday Delivery, but it is contingent on a few factors:

1) We must be notified before Noon on Friday.
2) The credit card used to place the order must be approved.
3) The item must be in stock. (We CANNOT ship pre-orders via Saturday Delivery).
4) Weekend Delivery must be available in the customer’s area.

Please note: We ONLY offer Saturday Delivery if it is an overnight delivery and the customer specifically asks for Saturday Delivery.


 
DOES TERIJON.COM OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

The customer must compensate for expedited Shipping outside of the United States.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at (212) 398-0657, or send an e-mail to tjcustomerservice@gmail.com.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Please Ship to 241 West 37th Street, 3rd Floor. Attention: Internet Department New York, NY 10018. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.

We prefer that items be returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.


 
DOES TERIJON.COM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We at terijon.com are proud to say that we offer international shipping in addition to U.S. shipping.

Please Note: you will be monetarily responsible for duties and customs.




WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

It takes about 7-10 business days for an international order to arrive. If you need your order sooner, we can try and accommodate you. Please send an e-mail to tjcustomerservice@gmail.com notifying us when you need your order by.




WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay for your order using Paypal or credit card.




WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged when you click “place order”. If this is a preorder item you will get an e-mail notification that the order went through and the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you we will assume the delivery date is ok.

On our homepage, there is an option to sign up for the Teri Jon newsletter. Simply enter your e-mail address where it says “enter e-mail” and click “submit”.

I AM INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A DRESS. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Size charts are available on our website for many of our styles, but not all. The sizes of our items vary depending on the material, style, and cut of each dress. If you would like to see if your item does in fact have a size chart, simply click on the size and fit tab and then on item measurements. If the sizes are not listed, you can send an e-mail to tjcustomerservice@gmail.com with the subject Size Chart. In the e-mail, be sure to include the style number and sizes you are considering.

To accurately determine your size for a particular dress found at Terijon.com, we recommend that you measure your bust (1 inch below the armhole), waist (7 ½ inches below the armhole) and hip (15 ½ inches below the armhole), which can then be compared to the website. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

I HAVE RETURNED MY PURCHASE BUT HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED YET. WHEN WILL THIS CHARGE BE REFUNDED TO ME?

Receiving your refund:

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TERI JON. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please Note: card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to complete depending on the processing time of your issuer. Due to the different policies between card issuers, we are unable to influence how quickly your credit card gets refunded.


 
 
HOW CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

We at Teri Jon, unfortunately, do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please make sure you enter an address where someone can sign for the package.


 
 
WHY DO SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP AT DIFFERENT TIMES?

Some of our items online are preorder styles while others are already in stock. To see if the dress you are ordering is a preorder, look at the Editor’s Notes tab on the right-hand side of the dress. If the dress is a preorder, the delivery date will be written so you know when the dress will become available. Your order will ship automatically as soon as the item is in stock.


 
 
PREORDER

Some of the dresses and gowns on terijon.com are preorder styles. This means that although the styles are not currently in our warehouse, once the item comes in you will be the first to receive it! When an item is a preorder item, the delivery date will be written, so you know exactly when you will receive your dress. If you need the dress by a certain date, let us know and we will send it to you expedited air.

Although it is a preorder item, your credit card will get charged during processing and not when the dress physically comes in stock.

For preorder items you will get an e-mail notification that the order went through, along with an expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, we will assume the delivery date is okay.


 
 
I ORDERED A DRESS/GOWN, BUT WANT TO GET MORE FABRIC TO MAKE A STOLE. CAN I GET MATCHING FABRIC FOR MY DRESS/GOWN?

We do, in fact, offer the option to send extra fabric for our dresses and gowns based on availability! To ask about ordering the fabric from a specific dress/gown, send an e-mail to tjcustomerservice@gmail.com with the subject “Fabric”. Be sure to include the style number of the dress/gown and the amount of fabric you want.

Please Note: we ship a minimum of one yard of fabric, with a cost of $20.00 per yard.


 
 
DO YOU MAKE THIS DRESS IN ANOTHER STYLE/ COLOR?
