Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to our warehouse within 14 days from the time you received your purchase for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to worry about returns or exchanges. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process by filling out our simple REASON FOR RETURN form.

Upon submitting this form you will receive a confirmation email containing a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Your RETURN AUTHORIZATION number should be written on the included sticker and must be affixed on the return package in order for your refund to be processed. All return packages received without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number will not be processed for a refund.
In addition, all original tags must be attached to the garments in order for items to be returned. With Teri Jon’s return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition with the original tags attached, fill out our REASON FOR RETURN form and include your RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.

Important Shipping Information:
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Teri Jon online can only deliver to physical addresses and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. All online orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12pm noon Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day. For deliveries to U.S. addresses, please allow up to ten (10) business days for Standard delivery, and three (3) business days for Express delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates for [non-U.S. addresses] will be calculated prior to completion of the purchase online.

Exchanges:
It's free to exchange items for the same item in a different size based on stock availability. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. Receiving your refund:
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service. |

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TERI JON. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Attention: Internet Department New York, NY 10018 Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.

Our policy:
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all TERI JON tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. |
