Return Policy

How to Make a Refund: 5 Easy Steps:
  • Visit Enter your order number and e-mail address under "Make a Return/ Even Exchange" and click "submit". You do not need an account or password: all you need to do is enter your e-mail address and your original order number.
  • Select the reason for return and click "Return Item".
    This will generate a return authorization form.
  • Print the Return Authorization form out and include it in the return box.
    Please note: for each dress you will need to generate a separate return authorization form.
  • Send the form and return shipment back to: 241 West 37th Street, 3rd Floor. Attn: Internet Department. New York, NY 10018.
  • You will receive an automated e-mail once we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed*.

If you have any questions please contact us.Returns will only be accepted after 10 days from the day the dress is received. After 10 days, your item will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Return/Exchange Checklist:
  • Within 10 Days of receiving my purchase
  • I have my RETURN AUTHORIZATION number
  • I have included my RETURN AUTHORIZATION number in/on the package
  • All original tags are intact and attached to my garments
How to Make an Even Exchange:

If you would like to make a free even exchange, for step 2: under the "Even Exchange" column, select the new size you would like to exchange your item for. Then follow steps 3-5.

*Please note:

when 4 items or more are ordered, there is a restocking fee should you decide to return all items, deducted at the time of credit from the total refund. The re-stocking fee is only charged if all items are returned; if one or more of the dresses are kept, then there is no re-stocking charge.

The re-stocking fees are:
  • a 2% restocking fee is charged upon return of all 4 items
  • a 3% restocking fee is charged upon return of all 5 items
  • a 5% restocking fee is charged upon return of all 6 items

Important Shipping Information:

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Teri Jon online can only deliver to physical addresses and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. All online orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12pm noon Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day. For deliveries to U.S. addresses, please allow up to ten (10) business days for Standard delivery, and three (3) business days for Express delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates for [non-U.S. addresses] will be calculated prior to completion of the purchase online.


It's free to exchange items for the same item in a different size based on stock availability. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. Receiving your refund:

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TERI JON. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Important information:

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Attention: Internet Department New York, NY 10018 Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.

We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.

Our policy:

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all TERI JON tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
