Within the United States:
Standard, 5-10 business days ($10.00)
3-4 business days ($15.00)
1-2 business day ($40.00)
Overnight priority ($75.00)
Saturday Delivery ($100)

Outside the United States: $55 dollars(we do not cover duties and taxes)

Please note:

When 4 items or more are ordered, there is a restocking fee should you decide to return all items, deducted at the time of credit from the total refund. The re-stocking fee is only charged if all items are returned; if one or more of the dresses are kept, then there is no re-stocking charge.

The re-stocking fees are:
  • 2% restocking fee is charged upon return of all 4 items
  • 3% restocking fee is charged upon return of all 5 items
  • 5% restocking fee is charged upon return of all 6 items

If you are buying less than 4 items, a re-stocking fee does not apply.

Important Shipping Information: 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Teri Jon online can only deliver to physical addresses and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. All online orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12pm noon Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times and shipping rates for International addresses will be calculated prior to completion of the purchase online.

Information on Loss and Damage Protection:
 

The employees who process your order are thoroughly trained and evaluated on proper packaging methods to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

During the check out process of your order Loss and Damage Protection is automatically added to your order; we encourage our customers to utilize this insurance program. Without insurance, you may not file a claim for any loss or damage that occurred during the international shipping process.

Shipment insurance protects your order against damage or loss while your order is in transit. You can purchase shipment insurance for 2% of your order’s cost, covering the value of your entire order.

If there is an incident during shipping, insurance will cover:

Merchandise
International Shipping Charges
Duties
Taxes
Currency Risk

Process of Shipment:

All Teri Jon International Orders will be processed from our New York City warehouse and then shipped to our international facility within FedEx Cross Border, St. Petersburg, Florida, United States for customs approval. Once the package is shipped from FedEx Cross Border to you, you will be updated with tracking information. 

Please note you will also recieve an email order confirmation from FedEx Cross Border in addition to a Teri Jon email.
