Talk about a “jewel” neckline! This elegant black dress is crafted of tissue paper crepe (we love the ultra light-weight feel and the subtle sheen) and embellished with a crystal neckline so sparkly no jewelry is necessary (although we couldn’t resist piling on a few subtle bracelets!). The gathering of the fabric at the waist drapes gracefully to the ground, adding just the right amount of texture and interest. Simple yet stunning, this is a dress to make holly golightly swoon. The cut is so great- it looks just as good on a size 2 as it does on a size 16.
