Elena from @Panthere_instyle has to be one of our favorite fashion creators from Instagram. Her closet is truly our dream, the infinite amount of shoes, bags and outfits have us drooling every time. It’s truly impressive how she’s able to perfectly coordinate her outfits to the very last detail. We caught up with Elena and she talked to us about her style, creative process, and how she’s keeping up with Quarantine life.
Can you tell us more about who and what inspires your style?
We are so fortunate to live in a time where style inspiration and influence are everywhere! Truly, there is something for everyone and I love how that is celebrated in our global fashion community. I am a huge proponent and supporter of individual style – find your own voice and listen to what speaks to you. Believe in yourself and that will shine through to your fashion choices.
How would you describe your style?
Oh gosh, that is a hard one. I guess I would say classic with a little twist. I love edgy accessories and have always been a sucker for spikes!
What is your go-to outfit?
For me, dresses are the easiest as they don’t require much thinking and are so versatile. Dresses are always appropriate and a great canvas to add in bold shoes or a handbag. You can also throw a blazer or scarf over a dress to add a little structure.
Talking about accessories, your selection is probably our most favorite from anyone we follow. How do you choose to accessorize your outfits?
Thank you for the nice compliment. I have a secret. Most of the time, I start with the accessories!
So once your accessories are set, how do you decide on what to wear? This has got to be every woman’s biggest struggle!
I try to keep it easy and focus on colors that express my mood.
Best style advice you can give?
Be yourself. Be confident. Be true.
Your pictures are always perfect up to the smallest detail! What is your creative process like?
I am always on the look-out for gorgeous spots that have trees in bloom, vibrant flowers or is just a unique setting. I am so fortunate to be able to travel and get inspiration from around the world but my favorite places are right in my backyard.
Teri Jon piece you’d love to own that is currently on our website?
We also love this dress! This is so classy yet it has such a modern appeal. Shirt dresses are certainly our specialty and our forever go to dress style. Best thing is that you can make really dressed up but also super casual looks with this piece, it all depends on how you accessorize it! We’re sure that you being the accessories expert that you are would make infinite looks with this.
What is your routine like in Quarantine?
Not much different – believe it or not. Home is my sanctuary. While I do love to travel, being home with my family is my favorite place.
Some say to still dress up as if you were doing your usual routine, are you following this advice?
I have been in full comfort mode and wearing my favorite hand knitted slippers by my beautiful mom. Sometimes my stilettos just have to stay in the closet.
Any recommendations on how to stay sane?
Stay busy. Read, breathe, exercise, garden, meditate, cook, chill, clean, paint, watch a movie – do whatever makes you feel good and reduces your stress!
